This book has been described as a motivational business fable which I think makes it sound quite dry. In fact, it is a lovely tale of 4 characters and the different ways they react to change – everyone who reads it will find they identify with one of the four main characters. Will you recognise yourself as someone who embraces change and develops as a result – or do you continue to do the same thing over and over again?

Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time by Brian Tracy
This is a really easy read, full of common sense, practical ways forward to help you get some focus in your life; begin each day by tackling the thing that you really don’t want to do/ have been avoiding (the frog) and the rest of the day will fall in to place.

Susan Jeffers has to be one of the most well known of the motivational writers; her books are read across the world and inspire many to make positive changes to the way they contribute to and see the world.
This book is a longer read than the first two and so full of memorable quotes that you will probably revisit it time and again.
I was fortunate to buy some copies of an abridged version in Waterstones a while ago and have gifted these to my clients.
