I offer a free consultation where we can share information and ask questions to ensure that what I offer is right for you. If we are a good fit I will create a plan to support you; this would most likely be hypnotherapy based but I may also build in other therapies. Sessions are usually 7-10 days apart so that you can get full benefit of the support materials and additional tasks between sessions.
