I’m not going to tell you about how social phobia negatively impacts your life every day in so many ways because you know all about that. You are the expert on social phobia!
Instead, I am going to tell you about how hypnotherapy can make a difference and help you to be free again.
Hypnotherapy is a very useful tool as it can address so many issues, it’s non-invasive and it’s not time-limited. Don’t worry, the effects won’t suddenly stop after 6 months or 2 years. You won’t be made to do anything which goes against your will or is unpleasant; you will learn lots of new skills which you can apply to other situations in the future.

What do you know about hypnotherapy?
If you’ve only seen Hypnosis stage shows where people are brought up on to the stage to experience life as a Martian or eat an onion believing it to be an apple then it’s not surprising if you think it a strange idea.
However, modern hypnotherapy is not woo woo or weird; it’s safe, effective and often much quicker than other options such as counselling or cbt.

I create a program which is just right for you; this will be predominantly hypnotherapy based but will also include breathing techniques and much more…
You will have recordings to use between sessions and other practical tasks to complete, all of which are designed for powerful positive change.
How long will this all take? I don’t want to be in therapy for years!
The consultation on Zoom takes just 20 minutes and it is entirely free to you. This is an opportunity to share information and ask questions so that I create the most appropriate program for you. You do need to seek medical advice via the nhs website or consult with your GP if you have any symptoms which are a cause for concern.
The program is just 4 sessions, Zoom sessions, scheduled 7-10 days apart and taking approximately 60-75 minutes. Naturally you are able to book further sessions if you wish but after 4 sessions you will feel confident in using a range of tools and you will have a recording which is yours to keep.
